I get great output. I do need to use flange inserts (they come with the pumps!) but when I do,
and I’m using the right settings, I average 8oz per session. I will say the settings can be a little
tricky to figure out at first because the user interface is kind of confusing, but the actual
functions programmed into the pump are great.

They’re super comfortable. The flange is soft and flexible, and the motor itself is super
lightweight. They fit really well in a bra.

They’re easy to assemble, disassemble, and clean. This is my biggest gripe with the willows.
When they aren’t assembled 100% perfectly, the willows won’t pump. The pumps are
extremely quick to put together and aren’t anywhere near as finnicky.

These pumps come with a lot of free extras! You get flange inserts, charging cords, soft bags
for traveling, and breast milk storage bags!

They are quiet. That’s of course a relative word to use, but these are definitely not as loud as
some of the other pumps I’ve tried.

Though shipping took a while, it came a day earlier than expected. The product itself was
well-packaged and came with everything mentioned. It came with extra duck-bill valves, a set of
flanges, and the main pump parts. My personal experience with using the pump itself was good
and definitely meets the hands-free aspect. It fit great in my bra and was actually very
comfortable. The suction was a bit weaker than my Spectra, but since it still gave me a similar
output as my Spectra I suppose that is fine. Overall, it's a great back-up pump for a more
affordable price than the more well-known brands.
